RETURN OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY
According to the LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS dated January 9, 2002 N 90-Z "On Protection of Consumer Rights" as amended on June 13, 2018:
1. In the event of the sale of goods of inadequate quality, if its shortcomings were not specified by the seller, the consumer has the right, at his choice, to demand:
1.1. replacement of low-quality goods with goods of good quality;
1.2. a proportional reduction in the purchase price of the goods;
1.3. immediate gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods;
1.4. reimbursement of expenses for the elimination of defects in the goods.
2. Instead of presenting the requirements specified in paragraphs 1 of Article 20 of the Law, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract of retail sale and demand the return of the amount of money paid for the goods in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 27 of the Law.
If a defect is detected during unpacking and fitting during postal delivery in Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan or other countries, we ask you to immediately take a photo or video of the defect and contact us by phone indicated on the website, via e-mail or instagram. Without providing photo or video evidence of receipt of an item with existing defects, the refund will be canceled.
RETURN OF GOODS OF GOOD QUALITY
According to the LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS dated January 9, 2002 N 90-Z "On Protection of Consumer Rights" as amended on June 13, 2018:
The consumer has the right, within 14 days from the date of transfer of the non-food product to him at the place of purchase or other places declared by the seller, to return the product of good quality or exchange it for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimension, style, color or configuration, making in case of a difference in price necessary recalculation with the seller.
The consumer's demand for an exchange or return of goods is subject to satisfaction if the goods were not in use, their consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of their purchase from this seller. In the event of an exchange or return of goods, the consumer is obliged to return the goods in consumer packaging, if the goods were sold in such packaging.
When the consumer returns goods of good quality, his demand for the return of the amount of money paid for the goods is subject to satisfaction by the seller immediately. If it is not possible to satisfy the consumer's claim immediately, the maximum period for satisfying the claim may not exceed seven days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE!!!Used goods cannot be exchanged or returned! We accept things only without traces of wear, foreign odors, clean and with a full set of tags and labels. The item must be packed in the same way as upon receipt. You are required to provide a sales receipt certifying the purchase of our product. If upon receipt of the item we are convinced that it has been worn, damaged or deformed due to improper packaging, we have the right to refuse the return.
